Our objectives include assisting people to be open to difficult feelings; be present with what life brings us and then to create value from our experiences for others and ourselves.

The Japanese art of Kintsugi repairs cracks in pottery by sealing them with lacquer and dusting them with gold powder. The “flaws” are not seen as destruction, they become a celebrated symbol of past injury. Similarly, our team believe how we look at and process the struggles of our unique histories and our painful experiences can lead us to either see ourselves as broken and flawed or we can embrace our golden cracks with compassion and wisdom.
