A collective of Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists and Social Workers offering therapy, treatment, and counselling for individuals, couples and families.

As humans we are imperfect and vulnerable. You are not alone. It takes courage to ask for help. We will support your courage in finding new ways to grow and create the change you want to see in your life. We are passionate about providing high quality, evidence-based psychological and therapeutic services and providing a warm and welcoming environment for our clients. We are flexible and adjust our approach to each person’s needs. We believe in the right “therapeutic fit”.

Our core values are care, respect, commitment, compassion, presence, connection and trust.

There are reasons a person might want to access therapy:-

  • When we identify pattern and tendencies in our lives that we want to change.

  • When people close to us encourage (or demand!) that we seek help.

  • When our old ways of doing things are not working anymore.

  • When we feel really stuck or overwhelmed.

  • In the aftermath of loss or trauma.

We are skilled at a range of therapeutic, ethical, evidence-based interventions that cover the entire life span. Our goals are:

  • to reduce symptoms of distress through enhancing people’s understanding and awareness of themselves and of their emotional world, cognitions and values

  • to offer new skills and strategies, enabling people to replace habitual reactions with more considered responses

  • to increase people’s capacity for more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

All of our psychologists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority and our social workers are members of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

Within the team there are different specialists. Our psychologists are trained in clinical, health and counselling psychology – all internationally recognised specialist areas. Our social workers are trained in psychotherapy and trauma interventions. While all of our team members conduct assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based therapies, our practitioners have differing areas of specialisation.

If you are a doctor making a referral, or someone looking for therapy for yourself, we encourage you to endeavour to match the client’s needs with the most appropriate and qualified team member.
